Welcome to the Mountain West Flag Football League

MWFFL was created to provide a healthy recreational sports for the LGBTA community with more than 80 players every season and participates under the NGFFL (http://ngffl.com). The MWFFL continues to grow each year and embraces anyone who wants to participate and allows everyone the opportunity to play and learn flag football. We have a variety of volunteer positions available for those wishing to participate but not wanting to play.


    2018 Season
  • $60 Registration - You can register to start without paying, payment is required by March 30, 2018.
  • All Players, Volunteers,  must sign Liability Waiver and League Code of Conduct before playing or participating, you do this by registering online.
  • Open to all players of all skill levels
Open Play

Open Play is a great opportunity for individuals without any football skills or background to come out and learn about flag football, league and volunteer opportunities.  Everyone is drafted to a team and will have the opportunity to participate. We look forward to seeing you at Big Cottonwood Regional Park ( 4350 S 1300 E Salt Lake City, UT, 84124) Wednesdays @ 6:00pm. Open Play begins Wednesday, March 21, 2018.
